I had no trigger, I could never tell you that I always wanted to paint, that I had it in me ... Painting came to me naturally.
Pregnancy, time spent in artistic workshops - painting on glass, furniture, mosaics, etc., a great appetite for spirituality, made of symbols, and for fortune-telling... that's how I started to paint, to transcribe on paintings what inspired me. I like spiritual symbols, positive quotations, which bring warmth to the heart.
With time, everything evolves: one learns, observes, feels, is inspired ! I don't really like following fashions, doing like the others because it's trendy. I'm used to following my intuition. Anything can inspire me: a painting I've seen, a picture, a landscape, a trip...
Symbols, spirituality, femininity, colors, quotes tinged with optimism, I let myself be carried along and let my brushes, knives, mortar spatulas, plaster, acrylic, wax, etc. do the rest. I can use EVERYTHING! I draw with the material, in the moment: nothing is premeditated.
